With an initial interest rate of 4.25% and downpayment assistance of up to $10,000 available, the program has funding to provide loans to over 240 homebuyers.

Income eligible Dakota County residents can qualify for grants through the Weatherization Assistance Program to make improvements to their homes. The goal of the program is to reduce energy costs through making homes and mechanical systems more energy efficient. Applications can be requested by calling (651) 322-3500.
