Since 1988, the Dakota County CDA has been providing affordable senior rental units to Dakota County’s growing and active senior population. Since then, the CDA has developed senior housing developments in each of the eleven major cities in Dakota County.

Valley Ridge

Valley Ridge is located in Burnsville on County Road 5 and Burnsville Parkway and is the CDA’s third senior housing development in Burnsville.

Valley Ridge is a partnership between the Dakota County CDA and Presbyterian Homes and Services. The development is comprised of independent living, assisted living and memory care units giving residents the opportunity to age in place in one location. The independent living units are part of our Senior Housing Program. The assisted living and memory care units are part of Presbyterian Homes and Services.

Independent Living Units:

Residents are able to access meal service through the on-site community kitchen. Fees will be dependent on order.
