Dakota County Housing Needs Assessment

The Dakota County Housing Needs Assessment was completed by Maxfield Research, Inc. It projects housing demand for each city and township in Dakota County through 2040. This report provides recommendations on the types of housing – owner and rental – and volume that will be needed to satisfy demand from current and future residents of Dakota County.
