Program Year 2025 Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) and Application
The Dakota County Community Development Agency (DCCDA) announces the availability of Program Year 2025 funds for Emergency Solutions Grant Program (ESG) projects. The ESG Program is funded by the HUD Homeless Emergency Assistance and Rapid Transitions to Housing Act of 2009 (HEARTH Act) and is designed to help individuals and families regain housing stability and access permanent stable housing. The Program Year 2025 ESG application is open only to non-profit organizations and government agencies providing eligible services to homeless individuals and families in Dakota County. The application is not open to individuals.
ESG Notice of Funding Availability
Applications are due by Friday, January 17, 2025, by 4:30 p.m. Completed electronic applications can be emailed to mdykes@dakotacda.org. If an applicant cannot submit the application electronically, a signed application can be mailed to:
