Argonne Hills in Lakeville

Construction has been progressing well at Argonne Hills and will continue through the winter!

Argonne Hills is a senior housing development located in Lakeville, near the intersection of Kenwood Trail and Kenrick Avenue. Argonne Hills will have 62 units, including:

• 36 one-bedroom units
• 21 two-bedroom units
• 5 two-bedroom premium units

Argonne Hills will be similar to the recent buildings in the Senior Housing Program. Argonne Hills will:

• Be a smoke-free campus,
• Have a flat rent structure, and
• Feature amenities such as fitness equipment, community and club rooms.
