Rent is due the 1st of the month. Residents have until the 5th of the month to submit their rent payment before they will receive late fees.
Your rent can be paid with:
- Personal check
- Money Order
- Automatic Withdrawal (ACH)
Include the stub or bottom portion of the rent statement that you receive in the mail with your rent payment each month. This will ensure that your payment is applied to the correct unit.
Please note: The CDA is closed on holidays and weekends. There is a drop box outside the front door of the CDA office where you can drop off your rent payment after business hours.
To request a copy of your rent statement, please contact the Assistant Property Manager at 651-675-4515.
Automatic Withdrawal is an efficient electronic alternative to paper checks. If you choose to participate in Automatic Withdrawal, you authorize the Dakota County CDA to have the amount of your monthly rent and garage (if applicable) transferred from your checking or savings account to the CDA.
