Fiscal Year 2024 Community Development Block Grant Application

The Fiscal Year 2024 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) application is now available. The CDBG program is a federal program administered through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) that enables local governments to undertake a wide range of activities intended to create suitable living environments, provide decent affordable housing, and create economic opportunities, primarily for persons of low and moderate income. The Fiscal Year 2024 CDBG application is open to cities and townships in Dakota County. The application is not open to individuals, businesses, or non-profit agencies.

Applications are due by Friday, January 19, 2024, by 4:30 p.m. Completed electronic applications can be emailed to mdykes@dakotacda.org. If an applicant cannot submit the application electronically, a signed application can be mailed to:
