Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan

Funding for the Housing Choice Voucher Program is received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The CDA enters into an Annual Contributions Contract with HUD to administer the program and its requirements. To ensure federal laws, regulations and notices are followed, the CDA establishes many policies and procedures that are defined the Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan to make sure that the CDA administers the program consistently with HUD requirements and local goals.
